Issue Right of Entry permit to the Los Angeles Flood Control District for access to Dockweiler State Beach (SB) for purposes of carrying out Project 5241 (Project). The Project includes reconstruction of an approximately 380-foot segment reinforced concrete box storm drain along the shoreline at Dockweiler SB. This exemption is solely to approve the County of Los Angeles to utilize the SB for the purposes of completing storm drain repairs. All liability for the environmental impact of construction and maintenance rests with the County of Los Angeles.
