Document Description
This project consists of proposed improvements to enhance the exterior appearance of the property and to enhance the dining experience of customers of the current tenant, Panino. Proposed improvements include removal of approximately 331 square feet of existing asphalt and road base and the installation of 331 square feet of Pacific Clay Works common brick pavers. The brick pavers will mirror the existing brick pavers on the south side of the concrete walkway to the entrance. Other improvements include the installation of the three above-ground, redwood planters, restoration of the existing above-ground brick planter, and restoration of the historic light post.
Measures to be implemented to avoid impact may be obtained by submitting a request to the project Environmental Coordinator listed below.
