Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to immediately repair damages due to heavy rains which caused damages to slopes, drainage systems and structural sections along State Route 4 (SR-4) at postmile R15.89 and at postmile R16.43 and on State Route 99 (SR-99) at postmile 17.99, in San Joaquin County. The scope of work includes rebuilding of structural fill and drainage system. All proposed work will be on Caltrans Right of Way. The purpose of this project is to repair the failed State Routes. The project is needed to prevent or mitigate the loss or impairment of life, property or essential public services.
