A Director's Order was issued to repair damaged mechanical, electrical, and structural components on the Sacramento River (Rio Vista) Bridge (No. 23-0024). Use of this drawbridge is a vital link to interregional commercial and recreational waterway traffic and is a primary roadway corridor connecting Interstate-5 to the Bay Area. This project is needed to prevent and lessen the loss or impairment of life, health, property, and essential public services.
