Document Description
On January 9, 2023, City Council adopted ordinance CS 1056 to replace height limitation with a new regulation that would better suit the City's needs. The newly adopted ordinance was coordinated with the Fire Department to ensure public safety. The newly adopted ordinance removed the 35-foot limitation and updated the municipal code to allow taller buildings. This project recommended the City Council adopt an ordinance amending Chapter 17.49.020 of the Atwater Municipal Code to remove the language "Single Story".
