Remove accumulated sand, deposited by natural processes, from the perimeter of the Lifeguard Headquarters building and propane storage tank at San Buenaventura State Beach. The proposed sand removal would reestablish an approximately 10 foot clearance around the building and propane tank. The proposed removal is in accordance with State Building Code as well as California Code of Regulations.
