Document Description
Five (5) road segments for a total of 10.64 miles require rehabilitation due to the deterioration of their roadway surface. The road segments will receive a triple cape seal consisting of three (3) layers: micro-surface seal, rubberized chip seal, and micro-surface seal. All work will occur within the County's existing right-of-way and will not widen the existing asphalt roadway. Roads are primarily local roads in a rural residential/ agricultural setting and one major collector used by locals to access State Route 99. The following roads are included: Cornelius Avenue, Catlett Road, Knights Road, Carlson Road, and Riego Road.

15301 [Existing Facilities], Class 1 consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of an existing use. This project will provide repair to five (5) existing segments of road in unincorporated Sutter County. All work will occur within the County's existing right-of-way and will not widen the existing asphalt of the roadway. This project results in no expansion of the existing use.
