Document Description
The proposed subdivision includes a Vesting Tentative Map and Planned Development to subdivide the approximately 4.6-acre property and construct 34 detached single-family residences and a 35th lot for an 11,279-square foot detention basin. The proposed project also involves new public rights-of-way with Cardona Drive extending from the adjacent subdivision though the project site to 3rd street, a new north-south street from Apple Avenue to the Cardona Drive extension, and a new east-west street from 3rd street to the new north-south street to provide access to six homes along this segment. All streets and sidewalks would be constructed to City standards.
