Document Description
Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) is acquiring an easement for above ground
utilities from the Department of Waste Management & Recycling (DWMR) in order to install
power poles, lines, and wires near Kiefer Blvd. DWMR has requested new service to an interior
area of the Kiefer Landfill to supply power to a control panel for a new leachate pump that
replaces an older pump that is currently powered by a generator.
