Document Description
The project is to rehabilitate a half mile segment of Bullard Avenue from Armstrong Ave. to Temperance Ave. The work shall involve all labor, equipment and materials for street pavement rehabilitation including traffic control, sawcutting, backfill, compaction, clearing, grubbing, earthwork, grading, aggregate base, asphalt concrete, curb return replacement, median island curb, adjusting manholes and water valve boxes to finish grade, traffic loop detectors, striping, and traffic signage. All work will be in the existing right of way.
