Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SHA-34430-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Thomas Mulligan. The Project is limited to the replacement of an existing double barrel stream crossing that is at the end of its useful lifespan. The structurally compromised corrugated metal pipes will be removed and replaced with two new 36-inch CMPs that are each 24 feet in length. A coffer dam will be placed upstream of the work area if the work area needs to be dewatered. The roots of five small trees may be affected. A concrete headwall may be constructed at the inlet and outlet if armoring is needed.

The Project will not result in significant adverse impacts on endangered, rare, or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to California Code of Regulations, title 14, section 15065.
