Document Description
The proposed Mesa Court Residence Hall Expansion project would construct an approximately 84,000-gross-square-foot (about 55,000-assignable-square-foot) residence hall tower. The project would provide approximately 300 beds in triple-occupancy rooms (up to 450 beds if rooms are converted to quads in the future), with the potential for converting rooms to quadruple occupancy. Shared bathrooms would be provided for every two rooms. Other spaces to be provided include resident advisor bedrooms and bathrooms, informal interaction spaces, and shared spaces, including kitchenettes, study rooms, teleconference rooms, quiet spaces, and laundry facilities.
