Reasons for Exemption
The project is considered exempt pursuant to CCR Title 15, Section 15182 - Project Pursuant to a Specific Plan. The project is undertaken to implement the Bass Lake Hills Specific Plan. On 17 March 1992, the County of El Dorado, as lead agency, certified an environmental impact report (EIR) (State Clearinghouse (SCH) No. 1990020375) for the project. Addendums to the EIR were adopted in November 1995 and September 2016.
