Document Description
proposes to apply wood mulch to most bare slopes and prune existing palm trees to minimize risk of dangerous conditions during high winds. The project also proposes to add some vine planting to retaining walls, and shrubs/tree plantings at random places. The sprinkler heads will be installed to associated newly added plants. The project specifically adds gravel mulch to the Ave. Vista Hermosa interchange for the best weed control. There is no hardscape construction proposed.
