Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-VEN-20467-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Edison. The project proposes to restore riparian habitat and remove non-native vegetation in response to a CDFW Notice of Violation (NOV) in which unpermitted grading, creation of an access road, and the placement of 6 culverts occurred on the Project site (NOV Tracking Number 1600-2020-9006-R5). The projects will restore 9 unnamed ephemeral drainage areas to offset previous unpermitted impacts Approximately 0.67 acres/7,377 linear feet of non-native-dominated drainages within the Project site will be restored and enhanced. After planting of native vegetation has occurred, the restored areas will be maintained and monitored for a period of 5 years.
