The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is proposing to rehabilitate five culverts on State Route (SR) 3 from post-miles (PM) L2.0 to 5.6 in Trinity County. The project is needed because the culverts have reached the end of their service life. The project will install new culverts and bring the culverts up to current standards.
