Document Description
Issue Right of Entry (ROE) to PG&E for access to Fort Humboldt State Historic Park to allow for clearance of vegetation along the Hum Bay 1102 12 kilovolt (kV) distribution line located on land within the park. Access for the tree trimming will be limited to pedestrian access with equipment staying on paved roads and work activities are limited to trimming with any associated activities resulting in no ground disturbance (i.e. any debris will be lifted and not dragged across the ground surface.
All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
