Remove existing pier. Construct 4’ x 90’ pier. Existing boatlift and gangway will remain. Project includes removing 14 pilings and driving 8 metal pilings. Construction will occur within October 15 to December 31 work window to avoid impacts to the Clear Lake Hitch. The project will further require a lakebed encroachment permit from Lake County Water Resources and a building permit from the Building Department.
