All modifications would take place within the paved areas of the existing Mustang Tennis Complex. The project would involve less than 10,000 square feet of new development and is intended to improve the existing tennis facility with no/negligible expansion of use. The project would be entirely located within the existing tennis facility, which contains no sensitive resources.
