Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is financing the Project referred to internally as Avenues Septic to Sewer. The Project is a septic to sewer conversion for approximately 243 homes within the Avenues area. This Project includes the construction of approximately 16,200 linear feet of new sewer pipeline, manholes, and 243 new lateral connections. Septic tanks will be abandoned in place, and approximately 10% of the parcels will also require on-site grinder pumps on private land.
