Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (“CDFW”) proposes to stabilize the northern embankment by relocating the Narcissus Drain, repair the lake’s outlet structure, provide erosion control measures at the outlet, replace conveyance pipelines if needed, and design and construct permanent repairs to a 600-foot-long segment of the north perimeter embankment (including the distressed portion).

The Project is also Class 4, 15304 (Minor Alterations to Land) Exempt: the Project is a minor alteration to the condition of land, water, and vegetation on an existing officially designated wildlife management area (Wildlife Area) which will result in the Improvement of habitat for fish and wildlife resources and will not result in removal of mature, healthy, scenic trees.
