CEQA Notice of Exemption (NOE) for the San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E) Cleveland National Forest (CNF) Access Road Repair Project for Transmission Line (TL) 629A. The Project meets the Class 4, Section 15304 exemption as the project purpose is to reduce chronic erosion and/or sediment transport through the installation of velocity dissipators, stabilized rock crossing, and cement treated base. The project involves minimal alterations to land, no expansion of an existing use, and the existing access road will be similar in size post-maintenance.
