Document Description
The 9.8-acre Project will grade an entire parcel in the North Highlands community to support the development of a truck trailer storage facility. Grading will be accomplished using a backhoe and grader. Water trucks will spray water on exposed soil twice a day to prevent dust during construction. All work will be completed during the dry season. Several non-native trees with a greater than four (4) inch diameter at breast height (dbh) will be removed, including four (4) lemon-scented gum trees and sixteen (16) trees of heaven. A component of the built-out project would be the use of two acres of the project area to create a sequence of bioretention stormwater settlement ponds that surface.
