Document Description
The project is limited to the construction of a truck trailer storage facility. The project site encompasses 9.8 acres, and the entire parcel will be graded. The amount of material cut is estimated at 10,653 cubic yards with an estimated amount to be filled of 10,546 cubic yards. Grading will be accomplished using a backhoe and grader. Water trucks will spray water on all exposed soil onsite twice a day to prevent dust during construction activities. All work will be completed during the dry season. Several trees with a greater than four (4) inch diameter at breast height (dbh) will be removed.
