Document Description
The project is limited to the construction of a new pier. The new pier will consist of 10 3/4" diameter pilings driven 6' into the lakebed. Each piling will have 4x6x3/16 steel joists supported by steel beams. Caissons will be installed around the pilings. Trex decking will be used for the decking surface. There will be 6.3 square feet of permanent impact to the lakebed. All debris and staging will be contained on a floating amphibious barge. All material transport will be via barge and loaded/offloaded at Donner Lake Marina. A pile driver, crane, and hand tools will be used over the duration of this project.
