Document Description
The 9.53-acre site is located on the east side of S. Gilmore Street on parcel number 456-140-008, and approximately 700 feet south of Acacia Avenue. Currently, the site is vacant and unimproved. The Project applicant proposed the development of an approximately 25,000 sq.ft. metal/prefab modular manufacturing building consisting of approximately 22,000 sq.ft. of manufacturing space, a 3,000 sq.ft. office, and an approximate 11,961 sq.ft. detention basin.
