Document Description
Under Agreements SWP #22019 and #22019-A, DWR approved the transfer and delivery of 500 acre-feet of Dudley Ridge Water District’s (DRWD) Article 56 Carryover Water, stored in the San Luis Reservoir, to Oak Flat Water District (OFWD) by December 31, 2022. However, OFWD cannot take delivery of the full amount of this water by the end of 2022. OFWD has requested, and DWR has approved, a delivery extension to December 31, 2023 for the amount undelivered in 2022.

a. State Water Project long-term water supply contracts include
provisions for delivery within SWP place of use, including transfers of
Article 56 Carryover Water between SWP contractors, including an
exception to the delivery term.
b. No construction is required to implement the proposed delivery.
c. The facilities are existing facilities that have not been expanded or
modified to implement the proposed change in points of delivery.
d. The proposed project is intended to meet the existing uses of water
and will not result in a change in land use.
