Conditional Use Permit Application No. P21-01102 pertains to ± 43 acres of property located at the address referenced above. The applicant proposes to utilize an existing railroad storage and operations site as a storage and distribution facility for bulk agricultural commodities, such as cottonseed, canola meal, and gypsum. The bulk commodities will be stored in open air storage piles within the project site. In addition, the existing scale house and storage building will also be utilized for on-site for operations. No modifications are proposed to the existing buildings. Additional on and off-site improvements to be provided include the installation of a truck scale, portable belt conveyor devices, portable restrooms for employees, parking, and lighting.
