Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SUT-51904-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sutter Butte Flood Control Agency, as represented by Michael Bessette. The Tudor Flood Risk Reduction Project (Project) goal is to improve the final section of the Feather River West Levee (FRWL) from the FRWL confluence with the Sutter Bypass (station 10+00) to just east of State Route 99 (SR-99) (approximate station 97+00). Levee remedial measures for the project include construction of a cutoff wall and surficial geometry corrections, improvements at SR-99, and pipe penetration improvements.
