Document Description
The project will conduct levee remediation measures along a section of the Feather River West Levee. Impacts to waters of the state are limited to levee penetration and pipe replacement activities. The replacement pipes will require construction of a new outfall structure into Nelson Slough. Permanent impacts are limited to the pipe and outfall structure, including placement of rock slope protection (RSP). Temporary impacts include dewatering of the area for construction, equipment access, and/or other activities related to construction of the outfall. All temporary impacted areas will be restored to pre-project conditions following completion of construction activities.
