Construction and operation of 4 recycled water reservoirs, 4 booster stations, and approximately 3.4 miles of pipeline from the existing Yucaipa Valley Regional Water Filtration Facility to approximately 2 miles east of the YVRWFF south of Oak Glen Road. The pipeline would be constructed within existing roadway rights-of-way with the majority in the Oak Glen Road ROW.
