The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-STA-35435-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, City of Oakdale, as represented by Bryan Whitemyer. The Project includes activities related to the creation of salmonid rearing habitat along a 4,177-foot segment of the lower Stanislaus River, by expanding upon an existing emergent wetland, creating two new side channels and three new alcoves, incorporating large wood structures, and performing revegetation of the site.
