Document Description
The joint applicants, Department of Fish and Wildlife, South Yuba River Citizen’s League, Yuba Water Agency, and Yuba County, are requesting an Environmental Assessment, in the form of a CEQA Mitigated Negative Declaration, of the Upper Rose Bar Salmonid Spawning Habitat Restoration Project on the Lower Yuba River (LYR). This project rehabilitates and enhances spawning habitat for Central Valley fall-run Chinook Salmon and spring-run Chinook Salmon and California Central Valley Steelhead in the LYR of Englebright Dam within an approximately 43-acre project area.
