Statutory Exemption

Reasons for Exemption
The proposed modifications to the Supplemental Data Sheet for Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 96-10 would not have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment, making the project Exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3). The updated topographic survey of the parcel shows that the slope information used to delineate non-buildable areas in Parcel Map 96-10 was inaccurate; this application simply seeks to correct the Supplemental Data Sheet of the Parcel Map to allow for more area for development.
