Document Description
Project will replace the existing Wildcat Recreation Center’s (WREC) entry plaza with an outdoor courtyard space for campus use. The new outdoor courtyard will be a fenced area for rest, relaxation and respite for students, faculty, and staff. The approximately 10,000 gross square feet (GSF) of outdoor space will include lighting, site furniture and shade canopies. Brick wall and fencing enclosure will use the same architectural detailing as the original WREC project. The scope consists of the demolition of the existing landscaped area, installation of new wall and fencing to define and secure the space, and installation of new hardscape, landscape, lighting, and site furnishings.
