Document Description
This project will include the installation of 13.9 miles of broadband infrastructure in Santa Clara County along Route 17. This project is one section of the statewide commitment to supporting BMMN by delivering 10,000 miles of broadband infrastructure within the State Highway System (SHS). Broadband conduit and fiber, along with the associated underground vaults, will be installed approximately every 2,500 feet. All work will take place within 30 feet of Caltrans right-of-way (ROW). Project impact will be limited to Caltrans ROW along with existing paved surfaces and disturbed shoulders.
