Document Description
The project is limited to removal of the existing fixed pier and constructing a new pier within the same footprint. The existing pier will have its 25 wood posts and concrete footings removed. The new pier will have pilings 10 3/4" in diameter driven to a depth of 6’ into the lake bottom. The steel beams that are attached to the piling will support 4x6x3/16-foot steel joists. Trex decking will be used as the decking surface. Caissons will be installed around the piling. All debris and staging will be contained on a floating
amphibious barge. All material transport will be via barge and loaded/offloaded at Donner Lake Marina.
