Document Description
This is a tree removal & tree trimming project at five of our Water Tank sites to remove or trim fire-burned and dead trees around our infrastructure. The scope includes tree removal, tree trimming, a small section of fence repair, tree re-planting, and irrigation installation (on one site). There are 90 trees for removal (entire tree & stump removed), 168 trees for trimming, and 44 small redwood trees to be re-planted. The trees will be removed to protect our existing infrastructure from getting damaged from falling burnt or overgrown trees. The types of trees for removal were identified due to low health and high risk of failures which include; leland cypress, pine, red ironbark, coast live oak, blue gum, coast redwood, black acacia, red oak, southern live oak, london plane, tulip tree, and douglas fir. These maintenance recommendations were made by a certified arborist.
