Reasons for Exemption
The University has determined the proposed project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act, on a separate and independent basis under: Class 1, Existing Facilities (CEQA Guidelines Section 15301); Class 3, New Construction or Small Structures (CEQA Guidelines Section 15303); and Class 11, Accessory Structures (CEQA Guidelines Section 15311).
