This project consists of the construction of a gated entrance into an existing subdivision. There are no additional environmental impacts created by the
construction of the proposed gate. The subdivision and all roads have been constructed. Therefore, the land has already been disturbed. No additional impacts would be created by adding a gate to
the entrance of the subdivision.
