The ADA Curb Ramp Installation Project is designed to replace existing curb ramps to comply with ADA regulations, This project will not expand any existing highway, street, or sidewalk. This project consists of the repair, maintenance, and minor alteration of existing sidewalks involving negligible or no expansion of the existing use and, therefore, qualifies for the Class 1 exemption.
