The Project is to provide technical assistance to small, disadvantaged communities located in Self-Help Enterprises’ service area to develop capital improvement projects for wastewater. Priority will be given to supporting capital improvement projects for providing sewer services to disadvantaged communities with onsite sewage treatment systems or for regionalization of small wastewater systems.
