The project consists of the continued operation of an existing tattoo shop located in an existing
building at 10460 Franklin Boulevard, Suite 4 and is designated for commercial uses. The
tattoo shop is located within Suite 4 on the 2nd floor and occupies approximately 2,374 square
feet. This application was submitted due to a lapse of the business license. Note: There are
several existing buildings on the property and the existing tattoo shop is located within the
building to the far north along the Franklin Boulevard street frontage
