Document Description
The purpose of the project is to repair a damaged water pipeline, which would involve clearing garbage from the Work Area, and repairing the pipeline using hydro extraction techniques with the assistance of a backhoe. The Proposed Work Area is relatively small, only encompassing a 5-foot radius around the repair location. In the Proposed Work Area, the only vegetation consists of non-native species, therefore, no effects on valuable habitat are anticipated. Additionally, staging of equipment will occur on the disturbed/developed dirt roads, further avoiding impacts to plant and wildlife species.
