Document Description
Replace old boatlift with wooden pilings with six new 8” pilings for new boatlift. New structure is being moved to meet property line setbacks. Construction will occur within October 15 to December 31 work window to avoid impacts to the Clear Lake Hitch. The project will further require a lakebed encroachment permit from Lake County Water Resources and a building permit from the Building Department.
