Project site improvements would also include public and private outdoor amenities, landscaping, sidewalks, and lighting along Bransten Road and Industrial Road. The majority of the required parking would be met with excess parking in the existing structured parking in the applicant’s adjacent project at 825 - 845 Industrial Road located across Bransten Road via an executed Parking Agreement.
