Document Description
The Project would construct a new administrative building and storage building that would serve as the new office facility for Muni Water. The Project would be located at 3025 Tuers Road in San José, CA. The majority of the existing buildings on the site would be demolished under this Project. The proposed site improvements include construction of the two new buildings, landscaping, parking areas, a new communications tower, and associated equipment installation to support the new buildings. The Project would also result in the removal of 24 trees on-site.
The Project would also include construction of communications equipment at two offsite locations and at the Project site. A temporary communications antenna would be installed at 3870 Charter Park Drive, a new communications pole would be installed at 4791 Mountaire Court, and a new temporary communications tower
would be installed at the 3025 Tuers Road Project site.
