Project consists of basic data collection and resource evaluation activities which will not result in a serious or major disturbance to an environmental resource, and is included as "experimental resource management" in the Department of Parks and Recreation list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR § 15300.4; and consists of small habitat restoration project not exceeding five acres in size to assure the maintenance, restoration, enhancement, or protection of habitat for fish, plants, or wildlife
