Document Description
An amendment to the Report of Facility Information (RFI), in the form of a Transfer Processing Report, to perform the following: correct grammatical and typographical errors; reflect operations from future to present tense for the completed construction of a bay used for green materials; reflect ancillary recycling activities to include white and brown goods, bulky goods (furniture), and carpet; add language regarding the handling and storage of containerized source separated organic waste; remove an on-site Limited Volume Transfer Operation (L VTO) operated by a former sublessee; describe activities conducted in the area formerly operated as a L VTO (including bin washing and storage); and, incorporate descriptions of the organic waste measurements and record keeping procedures required pursuant to SB-1383 Short-lived Climate Pollutants: Organic Waste Reductions regulations.
