Document Description
The project is limited to the construction, in two phases, of a multi-family housing complex consisting of 70 units of 1, 2, or 3-bedroom houses in Phase1 and the construction of a Senior housing project in Phase 2. Road widening in the housing complex will require the installation of two 24-inch diameter culverts and one 36-inch diameter culvert in a tributary to Dry Creek, and the installation of curbs and gutters over Dry Creek.
